Our Returns Policy is simple, for none personalised garments, we offer a 100% money back guarantee, so your can shop will absolute confidence knowing that if the garment doesn’t fit, or you have simply changed your mind, you will be refunded.

For personalised garments, unless the garment is faulty, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How do I return a product?

If for any reason you wish to return an item or items, please email us at support@badbeatclothing.com within 30 days (or within 5 days if carrier damage) of receiving your order and include the following information…

  • Your name
  • Order Number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for returning
  • If the item(s) are damaged, please supply photo(s) of damage

Please do not return any item(s) until our support team has given you return instructions as this will seriously affect the speed of the refund.

When will I be Refunded?

We will inspect you returned item(s) upon receipt and assuming all is in order, you will be refunded within 2 working days of us receiving the item(s) back.

Are there any reasons I may not receive a refund?

There are only 3 common sense reasons you may not receive a refund…

  1. It is a personalised product
  2. The product has clearly been worn
  3. The product is covered in animal fur, or other debris not originating from our production facilities
